Gandi Langit Adikara. The research population consisted of all company employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used, yielding 68 respondents. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed to examine the cause-and-effect relationships among the variables. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential analyses through Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that organisational climate has a positive and significant effect on both organisational commitment and job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment.

Furthermore, the findings reveal that job satisfaction partially and complementarily mediates the effect of organisational climate on organisational commitment. These results suggest that a conducive organisational climate not only directly enhances employees’ organisational commitment but also indirectly strengthens it through increased job satisfaction. Theoretically, this study reinforces the organisational behaviour perspective, which emphasises the psychological work environment as a key determinant of employees’ work attitudes. A positive organisational climate serves as a social context that shapes employees’ perceptions, emotions, and attachment to the organisation, thereby sustainably enhancing job satisfaction and organisational commitment.
I Made Fajar Hadiwinata I Gede Riana Copyright (c) 2026 The Journal of Management, Digital Business, and Entrepreneurship 2026-03-30 2026-03-30 4 01 1 12 10.58857/JMDBE.2026.v04.i01.p01 A Systematic Literature Review on the Use of AI to Improve Management-Supplier Relationships https://jurnal.glowscien.com/index.php/JMDBE/article/view/78
The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in improving Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is crucial. Although there is extensive research on AI applications, efforts to systematically review this specific research topic present a challenge because many initiatives have failed to improve supplier relationship management through the use of AI. Therefore, this study aims to conduct a systematic literature review focused on the transformative role of AI in fostering collaboration, transparency, and efficiency across the modern supply chain. The review process encompasses three main methodological steps: the review framework, the formulation of research questions, and a systematic data search strategy (identification, screening, eligibility assessment, quality assessment, as well as data extraction and analysis). Drawing insights from 12 (twelve) research articles, this review highlights the significant contributions of AI-based technologies—such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning—to supplier selection, communication, risk management, and real-time feedback. These findings underscore AI’s capacity to enhance trust and adaptability through adaptive decision-making and data-driven strategies, enabling personalized approaches and robust relationship management. While significant progress is evident, challenges such as technology adoption, integration complexity, and the digital divide remain.
Titi Hardiyati I Made Surya Negara Sudirman Copyright (c) 2026 The Journal of Management, Digital Business, and Entrepreneurship 2026-03-30 2026-03-30 4 01 13 29 10.58857/JMDBE.2026.v04.i01.p02 Strategy for Implementing New Technology to Improve Supply Chain Management Efficiency: A Systematic Literature Review https://jurnal.glowscien.com/index.php/JMDBE/article/view/100
The use of information technology in supply chains is becoming increasingly important due to several factors, such as the growing complexity of supply chains. Supply chains have become complex due to factors like globalization and market volatility, which necessitate the implementation of digitalization to enhance visibility and agility across the entire supply chain network. This research aims to explore strategies for implementing new technology to improve supply chain management efficiency through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The transformation driven by Industry 4.0 technologies—such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain—has presented significant challenges and opportunities. This study highlights the importance of sustainability in automation implementation by balancing economic efficiency, environmental sustainability, and social welfare. By synthesizing findings from various studies, this research offers policy recommendations that support sustainability and social inclusiveness, as well as strategic guidance for the industry on adopting supply chain automation in a sustainable manner.
Dewa Ayu Sri Arimas Dewi Copyright (c) 2026 The Journal of Management, Digital Business, and Entrepreneurship 2026-03-30 2026-03-30 4 01 31 42 10.58857/JMDBE.2026.v04.i01.p03 Lean Manufacturing, Agile Strategies, and Their Impact on Efficiency: A Critical Systematic Literature Review https://jurnal.glowscien.com/index.php/JMDBE/article/view/99
This research critically examines the application of lean manufacturing and agile strategies in improving operational efficiency across various industries. Using a systematic literature review methodology, a total of 23 articles published between 2017 and 2024 were analyzed. This research systematically investigates the role of lean manufacturing and agile strategies in improving operational efficiency and the adoption of agile strategies in the manufacturing sector. Key findings include the application of lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to reduce waste and increase workplace efficiency. Additionally, the emergence of digital supply chain tools and e-Lean systems is identified as a significant trend in integrating agile methodologies into manufacturing processes. This analysis highlights the transformative impact of lean practices on operational efficiency, as well as the explicit mention of agile strategies—such as Just-in-Time (JIT) and digital standardization—in addressing industry challenges. This review provides actionable insights into the development of lean and agile methods and offers a foundation for further research and practical application in manufacturing.
Novriyanto Copyright (c) 2026 The Journal of Management, Digital Business, and Entrepreneurship 2026-03-30 2026-03-30 4 01 43 55 10.58857/JMDBE.2026.v04.i01.p04 Impulsive Shopping Behavior via Live Streaming on Shopee: Testing the Theory of Planned Behavior (A Study of Maranatha University Students) https://jurnal.glowscien.com/index.php/JMDBE/article/view/73
This study aims to analyze impulsive buying behavior through live streaming on the Shopee e-commerce platform using the Theory of Planned Behavior as the theoretical framework. The method used in this study is a survey of Maranatha University students as respondents, aimed at exploring their perceptions of how various elements in live streaming influence impulsive buying behavior. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques and SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the relationships between the variables. The results of the hypothesis testing show that consumers’ attitudes toward impulsive buying are positively related to their intention to make impulsive purchases; subjective norms from their surrounding environment also have a positive effect on impulsive buying intention; and individuals’ perceptions of behavioral control also positively influence impulsive buying intention. Furthermore, impulsive buying intention significantly affects actual impulsive buying behavior on the Shopee live streaming platform. The author suggests that e-commerce platforms encourage the use of engaging marketing stimuli for consumers.
Zefa Arya Nugraha Anny Nurbasari Copyright (c) 2026 The Journal of Management, Digital Business, and Entrepreneurship 2026-03-30 2026-03-30 4 01 57 61 10.58857/JMDBE.2026.v04.i01.p05
