The primary focus of this study is to analyze how the Bogor Regency KPU manages the election process, ensuring transparency, accountability, and participation at every stage of the election. Based on the results of in-depth interviews with the Head of the Bogor Regency KPU, KPU members, and election supervisors, this study found that the Bogor Regency KPU has made efforts to strengthen its organizational structure and increase human resource capacity through systematic training, to ensure that the implementation of the 2024 Election runs smoothly and without any potential irregularities.

Despite various challenges, such as a lack of human resources (HR) and delays from political parties in submitting prospective DPRD candidates, the Bogor Regency KPU continues to strive to optimize performance through the application of information technology and strict supervision. The use of technology and social media, such as Instagram, to increase transparency and facilitate public participation in elections is an integral part of the Bogor Regency KPU's efforts. It is hoped that, with the consistent application of the CGG principle, the 2024 Election in Bogor Regency will run smoothly and produce legitimate leaders, thereby increasing public trust in a more democratic election system.
Nascar Aliefa Dhafaz, Musnaini, Hendriyaldi Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Humanities, Community Service, and Empowerment https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://jurnal.glowscien.com/index.php/JHCSE/article/view/135 Tue, 29 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Strategy to Increase Brand Awareness of Kacandipa Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Through Marketing Events in Sunju Village, Marawola District https://jurnal.glowscien.com/index.php/JHCSE/article/view/32
This study aims to explore the effectiveness of event marketing in increasing brand awareness of Kacandipa MSME products in Sunju Village, Marawola District. The study's results indicate that marketing events, particularly culinary folk festivals, have a significant impact on introducing products to consumers both locally and beyond the village. Before the event, Kacandipa products were less well-known, but after the event, there was a significant increase in demand, especially from outside the town. The use of promotional media, both offline through banners and flyers, and online through social media, has proven effective in expanding the market and introducing products more widely. This aligns with marketing theory, which states that combining conventional and digital marketing will increase brand awareness more effectively.

In addition to increasing brand awareness, marketing events also have a positive impact on consumer loyalty. Many consumers feel a deeper connection to the product after hearing the story of Kacandipa's origins, which strengthens their emotional bond with the product. The use of social media in this event also opens up greater market opportunities for Kacandipa MSMEs. Although there are challenges related to limited funds and a lack of understanding of digital marketing among MSMEs, this study shows that with greater support from the village government and local communities, this event-based marketing strategy can provide significant long-term benefits for MSMEs and the village economy.
Charol Lorent Sandana, Ira Nuriyati, Ponirin, Muh. This internship program not only provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in the business world but also helps them develop skills that are highly valued in entrepreneurship, such as problem-solving, risk management, and business strategy development. Although the direct impact on increasing the number of company customers has not been significant in the short term, this study shows that internships play a crucial role in enriching students' understanding of the business world and enhancing their entrepreneurial skills. This internship program also provides students with opportunities to expand their professional networks and make a positive contribution to their future career development.

Through in-depth interviews with students and mentors at PT Sangkara Consulting Group, it was found that internships have a positive impact on the development of students' entrepreneurial skills. However, to maximize the impact of internships on the company's business performance, it is necessary to improve the quality of the program, including the development of internship content and strategies that are more focused on customer development and business process optimization. This internship program provides valuable experience that enables students to not only be ready to face the world of work but also develop the skills necessary to become competent entrepreneurs. Thus, the internship program at PT Sangkara Consulting Group has the potential to make a greater contribution to the development of entrepreneurship and business growth.
M. In Bali Province, the existence of more than 600 BUMDes reflects the strategic role of this institution in village economic development. However, several challenges, such as weak human resource capacity, suboptimal financial governance, and low innovation, are significant obstacles. The case of BUMDes Mandala Sari in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village reflects this problem, with a decline in turnover during 2019–2022 due to the pandemic and lack of managerial innovation. This condition encouraged the involvement of the Udayana University Community Service Team to implement training and mentoring programs based on innovative work behaviour.

The program implemented includes basic accounting training, application-based financial management, and innovative work behaviour counselling designed to strengthen the competitiveness of BUMDes. Mentoring was carried out during the Udayana University KKN period, involving lecturers and students to ensure that implementation runs sustainably. The results show increased accounting knowledge, managerial skills, and innovative awareness among BUMDes administrators and employees. This program is expected to become a BUMDes development model that can be replicated in other villages, especially in the digital era and changing market dynamics. Integrating work innovation and financial transparency is the key to building a competitive, professional, and sustainable BUMDes.
Ida Bagus Ketut Surya, I Gede Riana, I Made Dana, I Made Surya Negara Sudirman, Gede Suparna, Kastawan Mandala, Ni Kadek Sari Jayanti Dhan, Desak Made Pradnya Dewi Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Humanities, Community Service, and Empowerment https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://jurnal.glowscien.com/index.php/JHCSE/article/view/66 Tue, 29 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Campus Teaching Program Batch 7 in Improving the Quality of Learning in Elementary Schools https://jurnal.glowscien.com/index.php/JHCSE/article/view/123
The Campus Teaching Program Batch 7 has made significant contributions to improving the quality of education at SDN Siman, particularly in literacy, numeracy, and student learning motivation. With an experiential learning approach, student participants in the program provide innovative mentoring that helps overcome the challenges of basic education in areas with limited facilities. This program not only has an impact on students, but also on improving teacher competence, school community collaboration, and strengthening synergy between the community and educational institutions.

However, the implementation of the program is not without challenges, such as limited internet connectivity and the diversity of programs that affect the focus of learning. Recommended solutions include the provision of offline modules, contextual training for teachers, and the use of impact matrices to increase the effectiveness of interventions. By integrating experiential and service-based learning, this program has the potential to become a model for educational transformation in areas with limited infrastructure.
Septyana Prasetianingrum, Khusnul Khotimah, Siti Mariani Basannang, Yendra, Adriani Lande, Novi Darmayanti, Mochammad Taqiyyuddin Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Humanities, Community Service, and Empowerment https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://jurnal.glowscien.com/index.php/JHCSE/article/view/123 Tue, 29 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000
